White metal figures made by Fizzer Johnson’s Men of Metal contain lead, which is dangerous if chewed or swallowed. White metal items may also have sharp points or edges, which can injure if handled incorrectly or present a choking hazard.

The metal figurines sold on this site are not suitable for children aged under 14 years. They are not toys.

Acrylic paints are water-based and non-toxic. In the event of contact with the eyes, wash copiously with cold water and seek medical advice.

Do not use chemicals to clean white metal figures because acids and alkalis may damage them irreparably.

VAT

Fizzer Johnson’s Men of Metal is not registered for VAT, so no Value Added Tax is added to your order.

Sales from our online shop are subject to the following terms and conditions which you are deemed to accept when placing an order.

Retail Terms and Conditions (version dated 19th April 2018)

These terms and conditions apply to all retail transactions through this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights. We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site (see date above).

It is your responsibility to ensure the information you supply to us is correct. We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.

Prices, Payment and Delivery

All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds. The price you will be asked to pay includes any tax (VAT) payable and delivery charge. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. We accept payment by credit card, debit card or PayPal at the online shop. UK drawn cheques and bank transfer can also be used for orders placed by letter, fax or phone. Your order will be posted to you within 28 days of receipt of payment.

All customers outside the UK are responsible for paying any and all customs, duty and handling charges on their orders. Customers who are liable for such charges and decide not to pay them, resulting in the return of their order, become liable for the original delivery cost of their order.

All customers are bound to pay the full cost of returning unwanted items.

Change of Mind Cancellations

You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) following the day you receive the goods. Any cancellations must be made in writing to the address below. You can obtain a full refund of the purchase price paid (including delivery costs to you) by returning the undamaged product (at your expense) to us. Whilst the goods are in your possession, you must take reasonable care of them and must not damage them.

Returns Policy – Faulty Goods

If the goods delivered to you have a manufacturing defect you may return them to us. Any refund offered due to a fault or other defect will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge and the cost of returning the goods to us. THESE RETURNS POLICIES DO NOT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. DETAILS OF YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAU OR CONSUMER DIRECT.
